Uncomfortable mattresses and sheets. Too many keys. Many mosquitoes. Less dishes in the kitchen, also no salt, tea/coffee and so on.

What was the highlight of Sun Bay Villas Tenerife
we really enjoyed our villa
I loved whole villa and surroundings. I hired a car so distance didn't bother me, we traveled around whole island. The villa was very comfortable with stunning 360 view, had amazing view for the sea, sunsets and sunrises. Bathrooms (3) were very modern as whole villa. The parking is very convenient too as its just in the basement, coming up to the living room. Swimming pool is big enough to have a nice dip when is really hot. We had breakfasts outside and enjoyed sunrises on the balcony. We loved the place.
Kitchen equipment is very basic: 4 cups, 4 glasses, 4 x cutlery. No extras,. I think it would be great if the sponge and washing liquid would be provided as some of the basics like salt and pepper or paper towels for kitchen. Unfortunately kitchen has a problem with little ants. we needed antibacterial wipes.

Disappointing
Very spacious
Location. The villa was not on the SunBays complex as advertised. It was in fact a private residence which was for sale with an estate agency. As stated by the receptionist, the villa was approximately 1 Km from the pool and facilities. The villa was poorly equipped, in a bad state of repair and very dirty. For a 'luxury villa' that sleeps 7 people there were only 4 sunbeds, 5 glasses and 5 wine glasses. We requested additional sun beds for the 6 guests however they did not materialise. We called at reception on the last 2 days to arrange returning the keys, however, it was closed on both occasions. We tried to contact the 2 emergency telephone numbers but neither was answered or our message responded to.
